Factory-coated Insulators robust enough for hyper-pollution

RTV-coated ceramic provides the single most reliable method to build insulator reliability into the grid. While Silicone Rubber Insulators (SRIs) also known as Composite Long Rods (CLRs) do well in L-M pollution levels, things change drastically in coastal and at elevated pollution levels – especially when UV levels remain constantly high through the year.

  • Bottom-side coated discs provide natural UV shielding
