Neelesh is founder and CEO of Epsilon Asia Group and leads our deeper integration into the power transmission sector with Epsilon’s products, services and strategic partnerships with global leaders. He has been deeply involved in the formulation, brand-building, field application process development and global standardization efforts of RTV Insulator Coatings. He is Principal Member of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Expert Panel on “Composite Insulators and RTV Insulator coatings”, WG/Committee member and co-author RTV technical brochures, standards and guidelines at CIGRE, IEC and IEEE.
Rex, with his vast experience from industry majors including Tata Steel and Reliance Industries serves as GM (Operations) with a focus on financial rigor, compliance, and process efficiency. He oversees the Project Execution Department that has overseen logistics and execution of over 200 projects for RTV Coatings – in and outside India.
With a PhD from Arizona State University in the field of Insulator flashover voltages of (ceramic and polymer), Sreeram brings deep technical expertise to the team. With over two decades of industrial experience in R&D, design and manufacture of Silicone Rubber Insulators (SRIs) and Ceramic Insulators, he has authored 25+ international publications with over 200 citations on his research. He holds a patent on fault-location detection. At Epsilon, he heads our insulator advisory SBU, Technical Support team for Trench and HSP equipment, as well as our Client Technical Support team for RTV Insulator Coatings.
Milan brings four decades of expertise in the field of HV switchgear, transformers, and condenser bushings acquired at industry leaders like Siemens, EMCO and Crompton Greaves. In his previous role at Siemens (before Trench was carved out of Siemens Energy), he oversaw sales of Trench products. Therefore, the transition to leading Trench product sales at Epsilon was natural and brings a deep understanding of Trench products, systems, and industry relationships. At Epsilon, he heads the Trench & HSP Products business, leads a dual charge of heading the sales division and is involved in sales strategy and execution.
